Boniface Munene
Vice Executive Director
Bonface Munene has 5-year experience as a Researcher and Policy Analyst. He is a Development Economist with great analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and modeling techniques using Excel, STATA, SPSS, and Eviews software programs.
Bonface holds a Masters of Arts in Economics from Egerton University-Njoro and a Ph.D. in Economics candidate. He has worked as Policy Analyst at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA), lectured at Egerton University, and tutored at the East African Institute of Certified Studies (ICS). He is also a board member at African Research Services Limited (AFRESEL). He has consulted with international organizations as a Data and Research Analyst.
Bonface has written widely on Agriculture, Youth employment, Gender, and PWDs. His great passion for youths saw him write a discussion paper and policy brief about “Contribution of Fisheries to Job Creation Among the Youths in Kenya”.
He brings the experience and passion to 254 Youth Policy Café to see that youths are actively involved in the policy space. Bonface loves hiking and making adventures
